    Sound Sensations by OFMS has two goals:
    1. To make sure that your dance runs smoothly and according to your plans.
    2. To make sure that all of your guests have a great time.
    Filling out this planner will help us meet these goals.

    We will need a 6ft table near the dance floor to set up on. It is important for us to be near that dance floor so that our lights can light up the dancing area. If the dinner is a plated dinner, please provide 2 table settings for dinner.
