Wedding Reception Planner


    Sound Sensations by OFMS has two goals:
    1. To make sure that your dance runs smoothly and according to your plans.
    2. To make sure that all of your guests have a great time.
    Filling out this reception planner will help us meet these goals.

    PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS FORM TO US AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT

    The following is a list of items that may take place at your reception. Please check the items you desire at your reception:

    Please list the wedding party in the order they will walk into the reception.

    We have listed several dances that we have done over the years only fill out the dances you would like to do. This is your day, none are required.

    Room setup

    We will need a 6ft table near the dance floor to set up on. It is important for us to be near that dance floor and not in a back corner so that our lights can light up the dancing area.
